    haha didnt mean to put you down mate you done a mint job

    maybe time to invest in a trailer? Although would seem you wouldnt need it now you're done...20 20 hindsight ey lol

    And are you gonna attempt the S/C at a later stage?

    his cost projection was actually realistic if he was to have done everything DIY, and not including engineering. Mine was done for a tad under $2k. But yes then i engineered it aswell.

    all good dude no offence taken........

    a few reasons for doing this conversion..........

    1. more power
    2. fuel efficency....at the higher power...... so more powerfull stock motor
    3. to prove that a 3sgte isnt the only option for us celica drivers....and that it can be done for around the same cost maybe even cheaper if you got the know-how.....
    4.... its the first of its kind in aus.......


    and as for the charger.......if the radiator wasnt so big it would have fitted.....
    however am swapping charger for a turbo... so will be turbo'ing in the future................

    twins would be the bomb.......but not need..... big single is enough.....imo..... im not rebuilding for turbo....... been proven not to need it.... just torque heads down more.apparently they blow at 3psi...lol

    i will get it dyno'd once it is drivable...... still got a few small things to do....
    powersteering lines....
    bleed clutch.....

    nice work on getting it back on the road. Must be a great feeling

    this is just my opinion (so feel free to tell me to GF ) but I think a new muffler setup is needed...the twin cannons might look cool, but the drony sound they're making is killing the purr of the V6

    would it be harsh to say it still sounds like a 4-banger?

    honestly i tend to agree with you...... it sounds nothing like a celica should and i like that but it is missing something isnt it...... thats the feeling i get......
