R154 install torque settings

Tried search on half a dozen forums,no joy, anyone have the factory listings for R145 onto 1JZ,

1) flywheel to crank

2) pressure plate to flywheel

Wire colour of neutral start switch(JZX100 vvtChaser ) would be handy as well.

Can get you flywheel to crank tonight - from memory you torque it to a certain torque then a turn them a further 90 degrees.
