Cool, I've found the results list now. And Steve and I are there, so I'll give Stephanie a call.

Do you know if the placing in the club championship gets us a trophy or anything? Guess I'll ask about that while on the phone too. Just hope she doesn't recognise my name from my nasty pre-event email about our rejections - she might not be friendly to me

    We can only hope!

Whether SPIDAs respray/rebuild will be completed in time, I don't know though as I suspect it will be a reasonably long process with stripping, rust repairs and then respray and put back together.

There's trophies at Motorplex for Steve, the club and I, so I'll try organising a day/time to head down to collect mine at least. They're open Mon-Fri 9-5. Does Steve want me to collect his as well, or have someone collect them for us as it's hard to get there during the week for me?

There's prize money for my winning the Car Balance and for the club placement. So, they're transferring my money to my account, and possibly the OST winnings. We'll have to come-up with a suitable way to use the club winnings I suspect. I'll see what Damo and the other entrants think?

I'll take the club trophey if no one has any objections

as for the prize money, depending on how much it is, I'll put it towards getting some more OST stickers made (as usually that money comes out of my own pocket).

Gene - can you pick up the club trophey while you are there and I'll collect it from you when I collect the banner from you.

    Many thanks.

ps. Last time I went to collect a trophey, I just collected it on a Whoop Ass Wednesday night and stayed for the drags too

    Steve,

Do you want to collect your own trophy?

If you like, my brother Christian is going to collect mine and the OST one on Friday, so he can grab yours if you like and don't want to go to Kwinana to get it? You can get it off me then if it's easier.

I've put a photo of the 3 trophies we won over the weekend, with the Third Place Club Championship trophy for OST the biggest:

    Still waiting on prize money.

Steve, it may be worth you contacting Stephanie at Motorplex to give her your bank details as there may be a $50 prize for you, but I'm not sure.

Apparently OST did well because most of us entered events, and placed pretty well in them too. So, some good points scored from our few cars. Well done.

Yeah, the trophies are pretty impressive - especially the OST one.

Might be a good idea to use some of the prize money to put the names of the people who participated this year on the trophy as it's blank at the moment?
