Had a great weekend, and enjoyed catching-up with all the guys and girls who entered or popped-in over the weekend. Was happy to see SPIDA and I show them how it's done in the Parkarama and Car Balance, and sounds like Steve did as well in the RA28. Go the first gens!

Here's my photos from the weekend. There's some good ones, especially of the burn-out fire

Thanks very much to Gene for organising the crew and taking charge in my absence this year

You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to GeneSPIDA again.
I went down Saturday and enjoyed myself more this year than last year.

The OST display was a nice little corner. I saw a few people checkin out the cars in the short time I was hanging with you crew.

I took plenty of pictures myself. was a bit far away to catch any of Steve's burnouts, but I will share the rest of my pics anyway once they are uploaded.

I've got some more pics to put up once I get them from my mates camera. There is one of Steve coming out of the burnout section on the Super Cruise, only we had the other angle from the front. I hope it scales well

BTW, we have to say as a collective we all thought your car was f'ing hot, and those wheels look sweet as in the flesh.

No problem, we had a small but crowd attracting group down there, with most of us entering events to show off the cars too.

Luckily, being the rebel I am, I managed to avoid being thrown out on the Sat night after an official had a case of not knowing his cars (suspect he confused me with the red RX4 with Simmons rims) so I could still do the driving events on Sunday.

Enjoyed the Motorkhana, Parkarama and Car Balance, even though I added a new dent to my rear bumper :-(

Steve's car definitely did fly the flag for OST and 1st Gen Celicas at the show - drawing much attention

Agreed Steve - the '28 was looking very hot.
I had a great time, doing the events and the supercruise was a great experience. Even better - I don't think anyone broke anything. Was great to have a chat with the people that wandered by from time to time.
Gene - I like the photo of "fear on fire".
I'll try & get some photos up in the next few days.
