enough time to dash home from work, get some suitable clothes packed, and deal with peak hour traffic to get there

Canberrans heading up who want to be there first thing Friday morning:

Meet at the Shell Gateway on Northbourne Ave at 7:20am, we leave at 7:30am.

It'll take us about 45 min to get there.

There may or may not be V-power on tap at the servo given most places seem to be running out all the time lately so might be wise to get the petrol you need prior to arriving, just in case.

They do 98 at a couple of places, closest being the servo next to Maccas.

Yep there is 98 a plenty in Goulburn, unless they 'run out' like in Sydney...

it's all in and finished.. need new rotors on the front though. also need to fit rear strut brace and rear sway bar.

may also try and get the rear brakes swapped over if time permits.

If the spots are filled, thats fine with me. I'll pull out, probably shouldn't be taking the car yet anyhow as i noticed a bit of an oil leak this morning.

I always carry a bottle of octane booster for such intances.

I never had to before but last time they tuned the car they did it on 98

Well, no chance of my car being ready. Finally got a response from RHD Japan today and it seems they only ordered the clutch from OS Giken today. Not a snowball's chance in hell I'll be able to install it before next Friday now (if it even arrives before then)
