some of the top guys run billet heads on their 3tc block.
hope that ct26 has a steel turbine. most gt4 are ceramic turbine and have heat/pressure limit before flying to bits.
std 3tgte inj's are supposedly 295cc. 375cc sounds more like 4agze.

all aus gtfours had steel turnines, all jdm (with the exclusion of carlos sainz/RC st185 and WRC st205) were ceramic.
Ok billet heads, still pushrod though? just massive valves with massive lift and duration?
Yep that would be massive cams alright - there's only one way I can think of to make a 1.8L 4 stroke sound like a rotary!!!
They are still pushrod, some use 4y crankshaft for 2.2L capacity. With the best of them putting out over 700rwhp they have to be using the age old recipe of bigger cams, bigger valves and even bigger boost again.

The paperwork I have confirms that the 3T-GTE has 295 cc injectors.
where have my 375cc's come from then??? what else fits the 3tgte's fuel rail??? i have no idea whether it has a steel or ceramic turbine lol, on boost it sounded just as noisy as my ct20 in his car so guessing steel?? but its a twin entry twin internal waste gated ct26, rebuilt off a gt4, the car was leaned out to much and blew up holes in 1-4 cylinder pistons... so i scored the turborear turbine is plastic white colour but still fine, lucky me... manifold is being made atm, ive purchased 550cc injectors and hoping they'll run in my 3tgte witthout to much hassle :s boost that im going to run 18psi for a little while then wind it up to maybe 22psi no higher, with a low/high boost controller, as it is only my daily for now... but off the road till work is done....
the anticipation is getting to me lol

just wondering does anyone here know where i can get a set of plug leads for my 3tgte?? i cant find anywhere where to find them.
allso i would like to do a conversion and do with out the dizzy and put coil paks in. has anyone done this and if so what did you use how much mucking around is there to do for it to work???

where i live the guys at AUTOBARN are DUMB and THINK THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A 3TGTE???? allso no such thing as a factory turbocharged toyota corona at that UNTILL I SHOWED THEM MY TT142 TOYOTA CORONA GT-T TWIN CAM TURBO. AND THEY LAUGH AT ME!!! THAT PISSED ME OFF BIG TIME!!! (my thaught was they have no idea what this car can do 200+ i have no idea needle stops at 183 when at 4000rpm and taco kept going to 6500rpm thats when i started slowing down i didnt wanna blow it up ( speed limiter disconected haha) there more into fords holdens and nissans so if ya dont own one of them ya outa luck and they dont wanna know ya and there NOT WILLING to help me. they tryed selling me a 3SGTE themostat but there way different to a 3tgte so i need help on this thanks

Sorry can't reply to specific posts but the 375 injectors may be out of a Mitsubishi eclipse, I also have some Leeds lying around in unknown condition for 80 plus shipping
thermostat - Toyota Genuine? I ended up getting quite a few bits from Toyota for my 3tGTE as it generally wasnt' too expensive. I used Toyota in Castle Hill NSW and they were great, most of the parts were from Japan so you have to wait a few weeks. Judging by the parts you see at Autobahn, it's directly aimed at avg aussie putting a 350 chev V8 into his VN commodore or similar.
btw, celica GTTR clone over at celica-gts.com has got 374hp out of this engine on stock ECU, stock internals lol he has done a heap of mods but i thought that was quite impressive.
He's just shot the stock head gasket so he's only now doing forged internals and MLS gasket, but dang i thought it would gone pop long before reaching 374hp.
