it was similar with the factory ecu, i think a lot of people would get similar economy if they werent filling up when the fuel light comes on tbh.

but yeah ive always thought my economy was above average. i knew it would pick up when i got it tuned but then again it got tuned to 18 psi so the fuel it saved from a leaner tune was probably subtracted by the extra juice consumed under the added boost.

when i fill up im putting in 68 - 69 litres of U98. which really shows how low i run it.

i was a bit worried that when i installed the bosch 040 which doesnt have a scavenge style pickup, id lose even more economy but its still staying around 500+ kms so i must of done a pretty good job of mounting it low to the bottom of the tank. (it had to do some pretty serious mods to the pump arm to get it in so that i wasnt sure id get it sitting on the bottom of the tank sufficiently)

My 1J Cressida averaged 10 to 10.5L per 100km on the trip up to Sydney from Melbourne. Not sure exactly what i get around town but i often see 400km click over on the trip meter.. rarely do i put in more than 60L... so at most i'd do 15L/100km city driving.

Around town i get about 500km's from 65-70L and on the open road i last got 1280 km's from 122 litres. Just under 10l/100km and im using a Blitz Ecu.

Dropping some 440's in come January hopefully, so will be interesting to see if it changes much.

I get around 6kms per litre around town (16-17L per 100km), but there isn't a lot of straight runs, lots of stop-start. About 200-220kms by the half-tank mark on the cressida fuel gauge. If I'm on the freeway I get around 250kms by the half-tank mark. I never run it totally empty, don't want all the crap in the bottom of the tank to clog the filter.
Freeway trips get me around 12-13L per 100km approx. I haven't got any accurate figures for freeway, as I rarely do those sort of trips. I only get torque converter lockup in 4th for some reason, so that is partially why my town fuel econ is so bad.
