1jz hydro fan has issues

Ah great work , i did put 12 v to the cool pin but nothing changed in relation to the fan speed (wasnt a hot day tho) , but id say it would alter the fan cut in temp , ie make it lower.

i didnt end up taking my hydro fan off but i just run it at full speed all day.

my radiator isnt very efficient though
