    i already got no speed cut and no boost cut, so that issue is fine.
    Its only fuel i gotta worry about.

    Maybe bustin up the rail pressure will get me just that little bit more to keep me satisfied......for a while.

    So all in all i shouldnt aexpect any more than 350ish hp with stock injectors and no tunable management??

    Yeah pretty much. Not safely anyways. The main issue will be when Full Boost comes on, if theres going to be a lean spot, as that will be bad.

    But, i was told, jumping the rail pressure is kinda old school, specially on 1Jz's.

    Why not Drop in some 440's and be done with it? They along with your mines will handle 350rwhp no probs .

    whats gunna stop it running pig rich with 440's unless i use a safc or something else?

    yes that will work fine while im on full boost, but what about the time between closed throttle and full boost?

    Cant be on full boost the whole time, i'l run out of demerit points

    Two thing, rasing the fuel rail pressure more then a little on a side feed fuel rail is very bad from what I've heard. Easy to blow the orings out IIRC. :O

    Also, this is an uneducated guess, but what about 440's with a raising rate fuel pressure regulater, set to run lower pressure at idle etc then raise up to stock/a bit above, higher in the rev range? Like I said a guess, I haven't had much to do with them to be honest.

    Requiem i had actually thought of doing that, but im a little concerned about how well the injectors will flow at a lower than standard pressure, as in they may not squirt properly as far as spray pattern goes.

    Is an idea for sure though, maybe i'l just have to try it eventually....

    An SAFC wont take fuel out at part throttle. All it does is Clamp the Map voltage at whatever RPM points you set it too.... Which means, not until you hitting 13-14psi + above.

    I have my soarer running 440`s with stock ecu and safc there is no running rich at idle etc.as the closed loop controll of the ecu sorts that pretty much out.

    its whn you are in open loop that you need to trim the fuel.I have had close to -20 in some parts of the rev range.thats running 14 psi.

    so in short the max hp from stock injectors & regulator would depend on what turbo and management you use? (providing you have a sufficient pump in the tank too)
    JZA70|R / 12.45 @ 111 mph.

    Muziiz.... How do you know its not running rich? Do you have a Wideband Sensor installed and can monitor it at all times?

    RE: the injectors,

    I heard a rule of thumb (probably on here), that for a 6cyl, peak wheel hp = cc of injectors used. so, 400cc injectors might yield 400 whp. 2/3 of injector cc figure for 4cyl engines, etc.

    it's just a rule of thumb, and not particularly accurate.

    hmm interesting that would mean about 390hp? are 1j injectors 390cc hehe??

    Todd you have made 313hp on stock injectors yeah? Can you tell us what duty cycle is shown on your power fc for that that 313figure?

    You guys are crazy. Spend heaps of money on good turbos and then try and cheap out with stock injectors!

    FWIW I use 550's making 380rwhp and IMO better to be safe than sorry.

    If I were you I would be looking at a SAFC or DFA or whatever and 440's minimum. Those turbos should flow a fair bit and the last thing you would want is to have to upgrade twice.

    If you are just wondering temporarily then I would just leave it to 16psi max and it should be fine around there but obviously get it checked on a dyno to be sure.
