Thats male and female housings and all crimp pins.
... yes i priced them lower than supercheap.
Thats not that cheap but cheaper than supercheap thou

A Connector Housing Assortment pack part# 56250 costs about $65 trade which is dirt cheap if you use them alot i.e. rewiring cars and the like. But for most of us the jaycar parts are cheap as chips for the few harness mods involved in toyotas

i dare say this one is much better than those goot ones you guys sell. mine just never seems to heat up when i want it to. back to orange one for me.

and i'll back up your glue impregnated heatshrink. does the job nicely great in areas that may get wet too. just remember to heat the tubing from the middle outwards so you effectively push the air (what little there is) outwards.

They are the absolute best for stripping a wire mid length for doing a splice connection, and always do a clean strip, no need to ajust them, EVER.

i have a set of these its with out a doubt the best tool i have purchased

Which Goot one do you mean? I have one of the 60W Goot soldering stations and it works awesome. I've soldered some super thick wires with it no worries!

Heat the wire, then touch the solder to the WIRES, not the soldering iron, so that the solder is "sucked" into the cables. This ensures a good solder joint.
Bingo, and a dab of solder melted on the iron before you do this will do wonders in helping heat transfer to the wire.

The TS1440 is probably the best value soldering station you can buy. Sure its a little more expensive.... but it is worth every last little cent.

Meh...even cheaper is going to Pick-a-Part, finding all the ones you need for your job, cutting them out of the most fucked Commodore there, pick out all the spade and use new spades from Narva (males and females can be bought in bags of 100 for bugger all!

Try finding a brand new 12 way connector - but the oldies are all hiding in Telstar engine bays.

Yeah if you dont want new stuff there is a gold mine at pickapart style wreckers, i got a 16 connector weather proof plug for my loom from an EF + the 42 conductor one i mentioned earlier

I was planning on doing a brand new loom but once you look at the price of everything i think ill stick to second hand crap
