Factory equipment on F6 Typhoons. Good clutches especially with upgraded plates but in the upper end of the cost spectrum.
does anyone have any experience with AP racing clutches?
are the 184mm friction plates expensive? ie are they expensive to rebuild?
oh, and are the internal bits interchangeable with Tilton or Quartermaster?
who in Oz deals with them?

the clutch in the pic at the top looks identical to most 7.25" quatermaster clutches.
Ebay.com is your friend, plate sets are cheap as chips in the states. but over here for some reason the price gets quadrupled.

If it was for a street car I'd suggest getting 'normal' style friction material plates, and making a triple plate into a twin plate (Due to the extra size taken up by the plate). Those plates you have pictured are very thin and prone to warping is what I have been told.
