    hahaha im just messing.
yeh 90 seems like a good number as then i also dont have to worry too much about making up all new shells and getting the urethane cast into that. With the 90 you'd just have to burn out the old bushings (leaving the stock outer shell in place), clean it up and grease em in.

one thing i did notice though doing the front bushings (lower control arms) was that when i'd grease the bushings and press them in air pockets would form and push the bushing back out. i fixed this by drilling a 1mm hole in one half of the bushing, but is there any other way around it ?

there is one way ive seen but never tried (i will on my car), is when you have the arm out of the car drill and tap a hole in a convenient spot in the arm and fit a grease nipple in there.
unscrew it 2 turns to fit bushes therefore releiving air pressure and then once it goes back together you can easily regrease them every 6 months. longer bush life, no squeaks and easier to fit.

as i said i havn't done it but it seems like a good idea.
