1. You need a JZA80 Supra sump to clear your crossmember, the Aristo sump won't work.
2. 1JZ bellhousing + flywheel are the only specific parts you need for manual conversion, the rest is the same as a regular MA70 manual conversion.
3. Diff strength won't be a problem but a 4.1:1 ratio isn't well suited to this engine, you'll find 3.7:1 or taller will work better.
4. Yes you will need to massage the firewall for clearance on a LHD car, from memory it's the bulge for the heater core which causes issues but I'm not 100% sure on that. I think there are a few 1JZ MA70's on the iSupra forums so maybe check that out.
