I'd be keen for a pair.
I'm looking at the cost of getting a number of 6 mm spacers (10 at this stage) machined up if anyone is interested.
They will be the same as what Ben made with...
130mm OD
54.1mm ID
4x100 PCD
with a small chamfer on the inner edge.
does anyone know the bolt hole diameter off the top of their heads?
I'd be keen for a pair.
How much are we looking at? I need to get a set but moneys still somewhat tight right now.
So this will allow for the SW20 rotor to go on or just the caliper??
These let you run AW11 Facelift front rotors on the rear with SW20 Later model calipers.
If the price is right, put me down for a pair mate. Cheers, Ian
Justin I thought you might.
keen depending on price..

nope, at least not with any of the large scale shops I contacted. It was just not worth their effort.
I'm getting a pair made up for myself as we speak though.
I can ask for another to be done once they come back, but it may be more worth your while to find somewhere local to get them done.
I may have to get in touch with Meridian Motorsport. I'm pretty sure they did Rob's setup.
What dimensions did you get made up??
the guy is redrilling my ST185 rotors as well at the time so he is going off of those as a guide.
If I need a little more machined off, it's not hard to do at the end of the day, it's getting all the other bolt holes in the right place that is the issue.
but the dimensions are pretty much
130mm OD
54.1mm ID
4x100 PCD bolt spacing with 12mm lug holes
plus a small chamfer on the inner face, internal edge of the spacer.

Another "bolt on" option for you guys may have come up.
ST215 Caldina halfcuts are starting to coming in.
These come with a 278mm rotor with twin piston calipers. The caliper has more pad area than the single piston ST204 caliper.
The rotor is identical to the ST204, so replacements are easy to find, brake pads aren't hard to get (I just got some as they are same as SW20 turbo).
Would give almost same, if not better braking performance than ST185 ADM (slightly smaller rotor, by 7mm, but larger pad area).
Issue are that the rotors are 5x100 stud pattern & have 55mm centre bore, not 54mm like you guys would need.
what is the thickness of those rotors steve?
they may be pretty similar to the Corolla Sportivo rotors which are 275mm but with 4x100 PCD, but again 55mm centre bore.
ST204
diameter: 275mm
PCD: 5x100
hat height: 49mm (3mm more than ST184), 50mm for ZZE123
thickness: 28-26mm vs 25-23 for 184/ZZE123
Looks like doable. The diff in hat height would be taken up by the thinner rotor.
Maybe ST185 ADM would still be better with 288mm rotor.
These must be getting as hard to find as ST205 brakes though.
Has anyone looked at getting these waterjet cut? I have used http://www.australianwaterjetcutting.com.au/ before, all you have to do is provide them with a drawn up DXF file of the part and supply the material (there is an aluminium shop up the road from them you can get to supply the material if your not local). They have a minimum charge of $30, but their work is well priced. I had some intricate stuff cut (0.8mod 60tooth internal gears) and it only cost me <$12/part
