I didn't weld the hole up... I found an NA housing and used that. If you are going to weld it, any competent welder should be able o do a good job.
Linden (I think Roadrunner Performance?) should be able to do it easy enough. Rod might be able to help you out with his contact details.
Mine should be going again one day... No auto yet, but it is on the way. Has been ordered, just basically waiting on the convertor to be built now. Car is getting a respray anyway, so no real hurry. If you want to know more, check it out in one of the links in my Signiture.

I am not actually using the coolant lines. The turbos I am using don't require to be water cooled. If it is required, tapping into the heater lines is all that is needed.
