wait i misunderstood the entries..

we actually have two allocations, one under damo and one under wayne. stands X66 and X67 which are two rows of 5. but only the last bay on each row touches the wall...

Thats odd, maybe she did that to keep us together... who is around us and how are they located bay wise?

Tuned by the way is slapped in a 14 car (7x2) row in between SAU, Speed and Perth S15... theyre on the opposite side of the pavilion to us.

Hmmm, so projector to far right wall but Id say we have a wall behind to the north too but the east wall might better. Can we sit the projector on someones car roof?

Display/Power/Lighting

All lighting must be at least 2.2 metres above the ground. Only LED lights will be permitted below this height. All power cords must be PETE tested and tagged by a qualified electrician prior to the commencement of the show. All power cords must be securely taped to the ground.

Did everyone get the confirmation email with move in details etc..?

I wouldnt bother with what that said same rules applied last year and no one said anything to me! Its for safety reasons so people dont trip over over lights and power cords etc

yeah.. I remember last year's display was ok.
probably cos you had the lights situated close to the cars...
as long as we don't sit them in the middle of no where for people to trip over, they might let us get away with it.

We can also get those worker spotlight things that come with their own stands. not sure how tall they are - but that would be an easy way of keeping the lighting off the ground and fitting in with our workshop display.
Does anyone own them? or should I invest in a couple from Bunnings?

By the way - Chris - how is the convention centre with us hanging/sticking things to the walls?... will they winge about their paintwork or something?..
Matty has a couple of "Under Construction" signs we could stick on the wall with some gaffa tape to add to the theme
