Hey Guys..

slight hiccup in the lighting department.
Ryan misunderstood the size of our display.. he thought we only had a few cars entered. to cover our large area, more powerful lights are needed and an extra couple of power points etc etc.. prices are going up!
The quote is now up to $860 for the weekend for the 4 post lighting set up, and plus an extra power point, we will be looking at around $100 each!..

I can book it, but need to know if everyone is willing to cough up the cash cos I don't wanna be left $900 out of pocket!!..

Or, discussions with Wayno - we kill the fancy light idea and get a few worker lights and such from Bunnings for $10 - $20 each

Need to let Ryan know what we are doing - so need as many replys as possible today!

the laptop should be compatible if the projector has a DB15 monitor input..

incidentally i might be able to swing a couple of entry passes.. let you know about that tomorrow.

oh and also, i have the lovely, ultra confidential floorplan layouts in my hands but i cant post it here obviously..

only thing is - without the 2 1/2m tall trussing we were gonna get for the lighting - we now have no where high enough to mount the projector without people walking in front of it and stuff..

unless Wayno still wants to bring in his plasma screen and we hook up a laptop to that??

Really? That means they've given us 2x10 spots off the wall! Thats a weird setup! I hope they dont have clubs right next to us on either side, I can see it happening thou!! Shotgun to be furthest spots from the wall!

Damo unless you call her to organise times and places you wont find out till Friday when you arrive whats happening. She should call Thursday or Friday to let you know what time we can move in thou personally Id be calling her as I'm sure shed have all the details for us now!

wait i misunderstood the entries..

we actually have two allocations, one under damo and one under wayne. stands X66 and X67 which are two rows of 5. but only the last bay on each row touches the wall...

Tuned by the way is slapped in a 14 car (7x2) row in between SAU, Speed and Perth S15... theyre on the opposite side of the pavilion to us.
