i would understand if he was making loser posts but he seemed pretty cool and interested in organising pro-toyota events, its a pity that he wasn't given a second chance.

maybe jobs like approving membership could be shared with volunteers from toymods?

it seems like a pretty menial task and i understand it must get frustrating with so many people applying. i would be glad to help but i understand i dont seem like the ideal person. even if it was just cross checking references etc for you. im sure there are some more reputable members who would be happy to do it, saving embarrassments like this.

You hadn't read any of his posts in the tech section then I take it, the ones on supraforums are even better , still though he seemed like a nice kid with good intent just a bit to eager to jump to ideas. .

I don't want to be argumentative and if you feel this conversation is best taken to PM please tell me, but the guy was an inoffensive new member of the community who was trying to make a contribution and learn about Toyotas.

My personal feelings are that if he was asked to update his information (I know I'm guilty of putting crap in forum signups from time to time) as a proviso of being able to continue his account here he probably would have been happy to do so.
