Oh and Mos and I don't have a location listed because the software won't list admin users locations. I assume for security reasons.

Hey, was talking to JZA61 on MSN and he asked me to post this for him...

"I was not informed about my account being deleted, nor was given the option to change my location and other details, infact in one thread where sumone commented on my location i asked if it was possible to change it.

it's a toss-up between saying "poor pumpkin" and "fair enough" - although everyone else seems to manage to fill in the forms correctly.

Hows about you stop whining about pointless crap and start thinking of a tangible way of thanking the moderators and board for all of the effort, work and commitment they spend to maintain this environment you have been taking advantage of.

Mods: Does the incorporation rules allow a portion of the membership money to be used for a yearly thankyou gift to the toymods board? Put it to a vote and i'll vote for it.

Unfortunately that doesn't happen.
The ONLY thing the board gets out of this is the abuse when things Don't go the way people want them to go.

All of the boys of the board ( and some people that are not) spend ALOT of time working through all the crap and moderating things to make them go smoothly, gets sponsors so the financial members get their discounts on things, Plan event's/cruises so you guys can enjoy yourselves and talk cars and crap only to get slapped in the face as soon as one liitle things goes badly.

I for one ( and not actually being a board member) and starting to wonder why I bother with it all and also why on earth would someone want to be part of the board with all the crap that goes on behind the seens.

I only offered to help out when things went bad for Stitt and now am doing a hell of alot of work for this club.
It just really disappoints me when people just cannot accept the decisions that have been made

Thanks for the support Rob.

Honestly though as much as I might bitch about it I do volunteer for this stuff so there's no way I'd accept a reward from the membership. My reward comes in seeing the club grow and improve every year and I have to say I think it has done that fairly consistently.

Now while I appreciate the sentiment I think there may be quite a few people out there that would like to argue about this one and to avoid any unneeded friction I'm going to lock this thread. I think everything that needed tbe said here already has been.
