I run an Aussie downpipe with no boost control and I get a maximum of about 11psi. This is with full custom 3" system and hi-flow cat.
Don't see why an ebay downpipe would be a problem. As suggested, just make sure it is a good design and will not foul the wastegate flap which can be an issue with some DPs
Aussie is mild steel, but stainless should not be a problem.

cause quicker wear if you change the offset (via different wheels or spacers) by too much. How much quicker really depends on the offset change and the particular car.
