Me and Cara will be coming down from Newy, you're welcome to tag along. There's usually a bunch of classic Celicas that all come down in a pack too, but they tend to be late

The Celica guys normally meet at Swansea McDonalds, but we usually take the link road and either meet them at the twin servos or the rest stop just before the Hawkesbury

...There really is no time for a cruise between toyotafest and the dinner.... you just coming down for the day? We could possibly organise something on another day but yeah depends how long you're staying in sydney!

Sadly I'm in the same boat. I'm only ever down for the weekend arriving most likely on the Friday night and no one I know of wants to have a cruise before or after the event, obviously not before because they've got their heads stuck in engine bays for last-minute repairs or shining up their ride for the event on Sunday. I had a think about this recently and the last cruise I went on was over 4 years ago, and that wasn't even a Toymods event. ToyotaFest is on a long weekend and I just can't justify the extra time off for another 1500+km round trip just to cruise with ex-locals. I'd be down for Megacruise, but again it's totally unviable as a one-day thing and I know a few of the other out-of-towner's are with me on that.

It doesn't have to be anything official, just something impromptu that doesn't involve going too far... so without stepping on the Board's toes, if the interest is there from other people I'd like to hear from them.

A Few of the Celica? guys from Vic? were meeting up on Sat and having a look at one of the members garages that has about 12 cars down Sutherland way. Sorry cant remember exact details if you look around on here you will probably find it. May have been in the toyofest thread?
