Is there someone there I can talk to about my membership?
I paid online a couple of months ago and still haven't heard anything back about it.
Sorry Stitt... correction for this year. Forms are available to fill out and bring with, but we will not be accepting pre (posted in) entries for 2011. Reason being, last year entries came in late (PO Box isn't accessed everyday), or some didn't even make it. Too much of a logistical nightmare as it's unfortunately not a perfect system.
We thought it would just be easier to take all entries on the day. So to make it faster in the morning, bring a completed entry form for each vehicle being entered along with the correct money.![]()

So I dont know if I'm blind or stupid, but is there a link to the forms, do we print them out and bring them on the day? Or will they be on site and we just fill them out as we arrive? I've never entered a carshow, so I have NFI
The form is on the website. It was in the stitts post but he removed it.
Looking for a new toy. If you have something 18r powered let me know.

Our Membership Secretary - Kirsty - will be there all day for any membership queries. Just hold off until about 10am, as she helps get all the show entries sorted in the morning as well.
All you need to know about ToyotaFest is on the website www.toyotafest.org.au
Ideally, pre-filled out forms would be great to help streamline the entry process... quick link for forms... TF11 Entry Form

Hi Andrew,
If you can PM me some details we can look into that for you really easy. There is a thread for this sort of enquiry here
But if you PM me your full name, date you submitted the form and how you paid (also with a rough date) then I can chase it up. If you got a paypal payment receipt email me that at [email protected] and I can find your details nice n easy.
Thanks.
