just a quick note on the bbq trailer i think that it would be used a fair bit with club outings
even for event hire
if we come up with a good design we may be able to store the new club banners and the fold up gazebo thingy that we are purchasing to use at the grand prix

Yeh Ian thats mine, thanks for that, we had a good spot infront of the dirt road, but cars got dirty from all the dust.
Hey Cambelt, if you look at the avatar above your last post and that car looks familiar, it might the same car that turned up at the rock.
Where were you???

It would be good in that case to be able to use gas and charcoal (also better for fire ban days), also for the design how many due want to cater for example large enough for a lamb on the spit (good for hire purposes) or for snags on a hot plate.
A drum spit /pit with removal gas elements? a side wok burner for heating up a billy? hot plate for grilling? I have had experience of catering for large numbers off site and at venues and willing and able to help out with this one Ian
what about a complete car that we can drive
open the boot ,and we are cooking

Looks like it was a ripper day! Was perfect for spraying
Hopfully ill be able to go next yr!
And hopefully meet some of you guys on another cruise...
catch
I saw a bloke towing the rear of a Hilux ute (ie the tray) as a trailer today.
Would be an easier thing to make into a trailer - got the leaf springs and chassis already - and heaps easier to fit the bbq and tent under a tonneau.
But it wouldnt be cool like a Celica![]()
It was a great day out, really nice to get out and meet some Toyota enthusiasts. Soo cold in the morning and then the obligitory sunburn as the day went on. That many Toyotas heading in as a group was a good effort, considering the time of day!! I'll upload me awesome 4MP camera pics soon!
Cheers Brad.

We need a silver slug, it has to be a 28, open the hatch and lift the BBQ up so it won't burn the insides and use one of the drain plugs in the wheel well to drain the shit off the BBQ. PERFECT........
If you don't want to use the slug l think he has another couple spare ones at home.
