if its a jza70 a/t halfcut you can run it with the 7M R154 box but yes you will need a new bellhousing.
most importantly though when you're wiring it up you'll also need to wire the ECU in a way to trick the neutral start switch on the auto box (as its not there..) so the ECU is effectively given the green light to start her up. theres a writeup on that somewhere on the forums here im sure of it.. just search for it.

EDIT: i just noticed you're in the US.. you might have issues with your steering column side also clearing the intake.. not sure on that but check with the SupraMania guys on that one as were all RHD vehicles here not LHD.
