after we finished the conversion the car doesnt wanna idle under 1900rpm+ im thinkin i haVnt wired something up or in that area.. the ICV is clean soo its not that any other ideas?
Does the ISCV tick shut when you turn it off? It may not have power and may be open.

Is it a cressida harness? If so you probably havn't wired power to the ISCV. In the following link is the connectors on the cressy harness. The First plug has the power for the ISCV, pin 1. This needs to be connected to the EFI main relay. Splice into the +B pin on the 22pin 7m ecu plug.
