Hard to put a price on it. What's it worth to you? Rod knock could be indicative of a thrashed engine, then again it can just happen....

Genuine W58 in good nick is worth about $400, provided the engine is mechanically sound (ie; doesnt smoke, use copius quantities of oil etc) aside from the knock I'd probably pay $800 in view of the work that it needs. $1200 all up I reckon. Others may have different opinions...
