Essentially you are going to need to begin checking things off the list.

The basics you have already done, now you need to go through things like your cam timing, then ignition timing, then sensors, ignitors etc.

It's going to be a pain in the backside unfortunately . However, I do recall some recent gze problem posts in these forums so you might want to check. I believe one was due to a shagged fuel pump.
Unless the crank bolt was tightened insufficiently... that then leads into the cam timing check you suggested.

(I hope that isn't it, I hope a loose pulley hasn't mucked up the end of the crank!)

yes there is a internal map on the ems, the car has 2 tees from inside the engine bay from vaccums etc to the ecu port

I am gonna do comp test , test cat on the week end , On idle car runs fine perfect spark 14v on the battery on idle, but soon as you go it starts doing it , so i persume its not spark , ignition , or coil packs. How do i check if the fuel regulator is playing up ?

Well in that circumstance I suppose it would .

Last time i had that prob was the Spark plugs died for no reason, Platinum plugs don't seem to last on high end motors, just use copper plug

Also check the map has not changed for some reason. Can you reinstall the tuned map Have you still got a copy? Also if that is not the prob check to see if your ECU has prob. See if you can borrown one to test.

If that fails check the TDC on the engine and the ECU match up, my ECU had to be adjusted to read TDC slightly off mark.

i had an issue similar to this in a 4agte it would run fine and chug along ok on low idle but as soon as you go for it or try get some power form it the thing would spit and cough and do all crazy things. it turned out to be a faulty Throtle Position Sensor. try getting hold of a known good TPS and just plug it in (you dont have to connect it) and start the motor, see if its different. then try installing it and go for a drive. this might solve your problems

Heyi borrowed my cuz's laptop and hook it up to my ems , and recorded my stats while the chugging was happening , Air = 31.0 Water = 57.0 RPM = 2550 fuel Pressure = 21.0

    A/f = 14.40
    battery = 14.20
    Timing 23.00 degrees
    Inj Ms 9.31

I just wanna know if anyone can see a fault in theses stats as this is what my ecu is recording while chugging.

Does anyone think my fuel pressure is to low ?

whats the fuel pressure reading. is that 21 PSI ?

thats a bit low isnt it? seeings as you are trying to accelerate, you should have a higher reading i think.

also the coolant temp is a bit low. could be 30 degress warmer. round 82-85.....

    21 KPA??????

that is way to low. it should be bout 300 Kpa at least.......i think you definetly have a problem there. dont drive it anymore because you are leaning it out when its chugging, cause its getting no fuel.

if you are able to change the fuel pump easily, then i think thats what i would be doing first.
