there's options to either have a couch set up and a big screen with some car DVD's or movies going..

or also, there was the option/suggestion of me and John DJing for the weekend and cranking out some tunes..

Yeah.. its getting rather monotonous chasing up people every day ...
This long weekend is the last chance to organise yourselfs people, before I send off the bulk load of forms that I already have...

If you can't organise your forms over a 3day weekend.. then I could be waiting forever!!

If you need a hand taking pics or need me to come to your house and collect the form - just speak up and let me know - I can probably come around on Sunday or Monday ??..

sorry AE101LEV for the short reply, I was using my PSP in bed.
The sites are powered by a main power box pretty much every 15-20 meters apart. there is about 12 power points per box. so don't stress you could run a small city there. LOL.

i will let you guys know how the trailer is going...........one way or another it will be there........or at least a BBQ....... i will bring one....if it comes to that

i think we should keep it simple this year.....why mess up a good thing ? ....and it's too much work to do anything else

a few things that i have been told would be liked

- projector with screen for dvd's
- music
- shade tent
- BBQ

easy stuff...... music can be covered by damo and john.... so if anyone has a projector that we can borrow for some beer / coinage / free let us know

also Supercheap had a big ass tent which go for around $200 i think........if everyone is keen to pitch in a little, then we can easily have some place to sit around

Dean ... anytime is a good time to get the ball rolling with plans for MV..
however - Ross doesn't have internet access - so either pass the word on via Rob.. or I can PM you his mobile number and you, Matty and Ross can work on the whole BBQ thing.

Rob... so much imput on our display - yet you aren't even with us this year!

I like the idea of the Japanese theme we had going on.. time to start developing that some more. Dean has some good idea's on where to get japanese clothing and decorations.
Lets make the display stand out a little more this year!!

Japanese theme is a go.

Does anyone know an embroider?? So we can get logos on kimono's, etc. Cheap/ free being the optimum thing here.

Rob can you fwd my msg onto Ross. we where discussing turning the starlet bbq into a fully licensed trailer. Ross mentioned that him and his dad are clever enough to do it. I'd be able to do the wiring for it.And tow it to MV.
