Default 3T TA22 Swap Gearbox Crossmember

Hey all, quick question. I understand the 3t swap into a TA is meant to be pretty simple, but I've run into a little road block in that the gearbox crossmember is out by a few inches. Is there anybody that knows off the top of their head if there is any combination of mounts that will shift the crossmember forward enough to mount the w58 up to my '73 TA without having to modify it? Using an original auto crossmember and mount at this stage.
    TIA,
    Henry

I think you will need to modify crossmember. Below is link to what sillycar chick did, if you didn't see it yet.

you will need to either move the x-member mounts on the chassis back 2" or make a bracket between the bracket and x-member

    cheers
