Default 1jz is200 super rich on start stock computer gt35

    Any help would be great.
I put a 1jz out of soarer (nonvvti)
Running big walbro pump, garrett gt35r 15psi boost.
Gets good fuel economy near 500ks to a tank, but on startup runs super rich. To the point in cold weather it floods itself I have hooked up a switch to override pump so I can manually switch on and off until warm.
Tried cleaning sensors ect checked wiring and I'm stumped.
Done about 8000ks since conversion, everything else is sweet.
Anyone what it could be? Faulty sensor? even hot weather is still super rich.

If I cannot work out am going to have to run aftermarket Ecu, but I have 2j injectors and fpr ready to go in. But worried it will make problem worse

Leaking injector maybe? Does it crank for a long time before it fires?

No it seems to fire first time but fuels up real quick.
If weather is warm starts and runs first time, still very rich. Only dead cold I have to flick fuel pump on and off until warm.
It seems as if once 02 sensor in exhaust comes to operating temp it runs fine

Does it run an air flow sensor? I would check the voltage against the specs and see if it is open circuit or giving a false voltage reading, meaning the computer is saying it is getting more air than it actually is so it pumps more fuel in.
