What needed for man mx83??

Hey peeps! Im wondering the exact parts i need to convert my mx83 with 7m to manual!

the obvious items:
Bell housing
Flywheel
Clutch
Master cylinder
Slave cylinder including lines
clutch fork
pilot bearing
brake and clutch padals
Mod neutral start switch
tailshaft

Or so it would seem...... but which parts from which models can be used? Iv heard they are a bit of mix and match
