Found a engine I was told was a rg but not..... any info on this miter is it the same as the 18rc but more electronics?

As there is no 'G' in the engine code, both are SOHC engines. As E is for EFI and C is for Californian Emissions (I assume carby), then both engines are basically identical.

Just noticed my spelling on this thread lol probly go the usual mods as 18r c (exhast Cam headers) would a aftermarket ecu help or would it be better to do the commpresion, bore head method I'm looking for more tourqe than top speed
