In that case ?I don;t think I'll bother!!! I already havea new toyota one, but these HKS ones came up at a bargain price, adn someone said they would buy the oem one off me...

Looks like I'll just save my money for other bits

Karma by the sound of what you do with your car, it might pay to get it anyway to add a little saftey margin!

I havent done a HG yet, but there is still time
I worked out im having some fun issues with valve stem seals, the bastards just dont like to seal and piss oil all over the place

just on your stem seal :

I have had a prob with this on my 4a. the do pump alot of oil to the top of the head and excessive crank case pressure caused by lots of boost can cause the oil to push past the seals.

My fix was to put a big bastard catch can on !!

ok so all that said. . . how much power can u make on an internally std 1G before things start to break?

Indeed. Providing you don't f**k up the tuning, lots before they just kinda...wear out.
