Also no TRD thermostat listed for the silvertop, only the blacktop.
Fucking excellent. Thank you good sir +rep

Edit; the silvertop uses the same thermostat as a 16v, so you can look up a TRD thermostat for an AE82/92/AW11 for them. The blacktop thermostat is supposedly same as a 3SGE unit

Maybe you have some extremely low resistance bearings?

Sounds like the gauge is crap. What brand is it?

There is a Tridon high-flow available that is compatible with the silvertop. Although I really don't see the point in either. The blacktop thermostat is huge and I doubt that even the normal silvertop one would cause any worthwhile restriction. In my experience all 4age engines run fairly cool.

The blacktop manual is available on line in english, I suggest seeing what it says about oil pressure:

Kaput sensor from a brand new gauge Justen? Seems unlikely, although you did buy a sh1te brand

A cluster full of Stewart Warner or bust on this thing dude, it's worth it.

If you hook up a light to a sender that is meant to run a gauge you can and usually do damage the sensor,
as they are not meant to handle even the small amount of current that a bulb has.
