    I actually have a letter here in front of me, if you have your license suspended within 3 years of a previous suspension the time is automatically doubled to 6months. 7 if you exceed the points limit by a certain amount, mine says if I lose 17 points it's a 7 month sentence, 18points is 8 months, 19points is 9 months etc....

    Also if they do waive your fine since you have an exemption now I better get my paper work in order because I got a pair of fines for riding on my learners without an escort and not having an l plate, but since I got my license 3 days later I should be able to get out of that.
