5m-e Engine mounts for MX73

Hi all,

Good forum! Toyota forum...what more could you ask for.

Question - I have a Mx73 that I am currently fixing so I can drive it for another 6 months before I do the usual conversion on it. I am in need of engine mounts as when I brake the engine skips forward pushing the fan into the radiator which has now caused a nice crack in the radiator and stuffed the fan up.

These mounts seem hard to come by or can I just use Mx73 5m-ge mounts? are they the same.

Can't help you with the mounts.

From memory the only differences between the two is the head, so 5M-GE mounts would work.

well they are both 5m blocks so you'd assume they would have the same engine mounts.
epc data seems to agree with me.
