Trying to understand what you mean here, so far I think you can get a 3t clutch on a 2t/2tg by resurfacing flywheel to the bigger 3t size and then usingsmall thrust bearing wouldnt work with a heavy duty 3t clutch due to the bearing pushing on the fatter part of the fingers
a 3t pressure plate and 2t bearing, the 3t clutch is about 3mm taller so was going to machine down the 2t carrier by 3mm to restore geometry.
The bearings are as above 2t = 38mm ID, 67mm OD, 20mm thick. 3t = 40mm ID, 67mm OD, 16mm thick. Is there something I missed? So far it seems
the clutch plate hole diameter on the fingers is the same for 2t and 3t?
