hmmm, cant remember what i used on mine? i know it was 3tc flywheel and then possibly ta22 every thing else?.
but i have a feeling i just used 3tc every thing. ive still got my setup here, might be worth looking at it, other wise the info will be in my ke20 thread.

Then with a W55 it was just 1ggte S1 every thing, and then later on a alloy 3tgte flywheel.

small thrust bearing wouldnt work with a heavy duty 3t clutch due to the bearing pushing on the fatter part of the fingers
Trying to understand what you mean here, so far I think you can get a 3t clutch on a 2t/2tg by resurfacing flywheel to the bigger 3t size and then using
a 3t pressure plate and 2t bearing, the 3t clutch is about 3mm taller so was going to machine down the 2t carrier by 3mm to restore geometry.
The bearings are as above 2t = 38mm ID, 67mm OD, 20mm thick. 3t = 40mm ID, 67mm OD, 16mm thick. Is there something I missed? So far it seems
the clutch plate hole diameter on the fingers is the same for 2t and 3t?

Unless you mean the face of the bearings are at different angles or have different profiles...
