Aftermarket fuel level sender (see pic), need thoughts

I'm currently in process of building a car with custom fuel tank, the tank has standard SAE flange (54mm circle, 5 bolts) for fuel level sensor.

There's a variety of compatible sensors here and there, but I have some important limitations. Long things short, the only design that works good for me is this

Pro Alloy Motorsport - Specialist alloy components - VDO Tubular Level Sensors

as it's the only one that eliminates gauge pointer jerky behavior due to fuel sloshing. However VDO sensors of tubular design only come in one type of resistance characteristic (90 Ohm empty, 0 Ohm full) while I need the opposite.

Have anyone seen any fuel sender of similar design, being *NOT* a VDO thing? Any decent places to order one? Price and shipping are not of concern.

a couple words on why I need exactly the design shown

1 The tube has a float inside and tiny holes to fill/drain fuel inside. The holes don't allow the float to jump instantly, applying some inertia.
2 I can't use fuel gauge other than factory one. Can't modify it either. Gauge's pointer moves instantly
3 There's a wide choice of fuel senders with a float connected to an arm, but these sensors are only good when the tank is standing still
4 There's very similar design available

5 I can make a magic box that would connect any sensor to any gauge, and it would make the pointer move very smooth, but the customer wants the car to be as close to factory condition as possible.

To sum up: I need a sensor with standard SAE flange, 0-10 Ohm when empty (the other resistance don't matter much), the sensor must have inherent inertia. Any ideas?

Most important is that interior and gauges are strictly factory types, originally installed in the car.

Thank you, that's very close but as I mentioned, customer is willing to pay for no magic boxes, otherwise I would have made my own one.

Problem "solved", the guy was left to search for better offers, while I made my fuel sensor box available for less demanding customers
