Just pump new grease in until it comes out the cups- the correct way is till it comes out of all 4 but that's just a fuc around
yeah, this one is definitely fucked haha. I can't hear any chain rattling, and it used to feel like it was seizing upon cold starts. but after I drained 3L of oil out and have filled it with HPR30 she seems to be running great.
I'll even cut n polish it tonight for behaving so well
In the manual for the car it mentions pumping grease into the uni? joints with NGLI#2. I assume this hasn't ever been done since it was bought new. Should I try and clear out the old shit and gunk? or just pump new grease in through the nipples?

Haven't yet pumped in the grease, waiting on more work and money hopefully.
Took the new starter motor back for a replacement, it's been sent off but in the mean time the old starter motor is giving me grief - there's probably sand and gunk in there from when I took it up to rainbow. I'd rather not pull it out and clean it again. Much rather put in the new one when I get it. Bit of a pain in the ass D;
