Before anyone says anything, Yes I used the search function, I even posted in one of the most informative threads about this topic and no one replied... Hence starting this one.

Okay I tried wiring it up awhile a go and failed... I assumed it's either me messing up or the coil/igniter/noise suppressor itself, So I tried all I could and figured I'd get another whole assembly to rule out that it's not any components.
I mixed and matched and nothing worked and I doubt I have either two dead coils, two dead igniters or two dead suppressors...
So I took some photo's of how it's done at the moment. I'll try make it as clear as possible but with a shit camera it's hard...
First. Black wire from the coil (Which is the yellow wire on the other side of the green plug) to black wire to tacho.
Then the noise suppressor. Black to the black white/ground wire, Blue to the yellow/black ignition positive.
Then Ignition positive to the black/red wire (Which is brown on the other side of the plug)
Then the last two to the dizzy.

What trouble shooting have you done?
I'd check to make sure there is 12V where it's meant to be.
Make sure the body of the ignitor is adequately grounded.
Then I would disconnect the tacho wire. (not needed to run)
Then disconnect the suppressor. (also not needed to run)
The two wires going to the dizzy are low voltage reluctor signals, make sure the wiring to them is good!
I'd also make the wiring good in the first place. (Also, twist and tape makes kittens cry).

I know twist and tape is bad, but I don't wanna make it neat and not work then have to use the original and re do it all... It's my daily so I can't just leave it in a none running state with the coil and igniter like that... I know it's the wiring, I've done something wrong somewhere with the wiring and all I need is someone thats done this conversion to point out where I messed up. Even better, The person that started the thread about this.

Is the case of the ignitor firmly & cleanly attached to the coil clamp and thus chassis earth? I think it needs to be (tho has been a long time since I looked at one.
Yeah I made sure it was on both coil's/igniter's that I tried =/ Made sure everything was earthing okay and I'd be surprised if it isn't after sanding everywhere contact is made XD

Other things to check?
a - make sure you have 12V at the high-current wire (supplying the ignitor & coil) when the Ign key is on IGN or STA.
b - the two wires from ignitor to coil are correct?
c - VR sensor in dizzi is not open-circuit.
C sounds viable! The electronic dizzy was from a 4K?? Do you know if that is open circuit or not? O___o If that is the issue I have two 21R dizzies to mess with and turn an 18RC on into an electronic one.

open circuit = infinite resistance across the two wires (coming from the sensor and unplugged from the ignitor)
So what exactly does that mean? The I should use the internals of the 21R or no?? Sorry, I'm not an Auto electrical expert =P

Does a 4K electronic distributor have an open circuit vr sensor? I've tried searching all over the web with no avail >___>

Never looked at a electronic 4k dizzy to know what sensor they use , but the 21R unit will suit the ignitor you have. From memory (and I drink to much and I'm old n shit so memory is crap at times) a good sensor would measure about 300 ohms. Or you can get a single LED light bulb from a store like jacar wire it to the sensor and spin the dizzy , if the sensor is ok the led will flash each time the blade passes the sensor. Doesnt matter which way the led is wired just spin the dizzy if its good the led should flash.
The sensor is just a permanant magnet with a coil of fine enameled copper wire wrapped around it , when the blade on the dizzy shaft passes the tip of the sensor it makes a voltage pulse the ignitor amplifys to drive the coil.
