    hey guys
ok well i would just like to start off by saything thankyou to my gf for sending me on one of the craziest weekends of my life. she knew how much i wanted to go on the cruse but it was just too far and i didnt have the money. on monday she tells me i ahve to open my crissy present earily....hands me a white envelope.inside i found.

plane tickets to sydney when ae86drift (my older bro garth) would be picking me up.
a 4 page print out of the toymods thread showing maps and all the convo on the lead up to the meet.
she also at this stage told me that i would be passangering this a friend of garths on the trip down
accomodation with a friend of hers in melb (another 86 owner and toymods member azae86)
    a calder park raceway panflet
    and $100 cash

so it looks like it was settled i ahd to get time off work and i flew out wednesday night. i was unsure of what to expect from the guys when we all met on thursday morning but i after a few hour and some car troubles it was like we had known each other for years.

i would like to say thanks to a few people.

andrew, for being awsome all weekend made me feel very at home. its allso good to find someone as obsessed as me and garth are with hachi's, and for letting us sleep on your floor.
nye, for impressing the *&$# outta me in the snowy mountains (love ya for it.)
mikey, where do i start....thanks for letting me ride shotgun and putting up with my constant somke brakes. lol, thanks for showing me what can be done with a little power and stock suspention. (u drove that car like it was on train tracks) thanks for drinking so much on sunday that your mum actually told u to stop calling her. a being an allround top bloke.
jeremy, thanks for stick around for as long as possible to help us home, letting us sleep on your floor, (and not jumping on me when i was snooring)
tai, for putting up with me saying your name wrong every day! LOL soz mate it just seems to roll of the touge taht way.
lee, mate i dont think anyone could have handled being stuck in the middle of nowwhere with a broken hachi so well, u kept your cool and made us proud,
garth, for being a awsome big bro, u did well with the aultinator problems i know that car is like your baby, so u kinda have to think of it in the way that it would have been like watch a mother slowly loose her child. lol....j/k love ya bro.

I have to say that galvo paint with army style stenciling is the most original idea ive seen on an aussie hachi. props.

Haha, dont know about now, but until recently, the most common car owned by actual members was the 86. I think most of the whinging and complaning comes from blow hard minorities.
