1JZ stem seals. Which ones?!?

Hey guys I am doing the stem seals on my mates 1JZ, and I need to know which seals go on the exhaust? Silver or gold body?? (using genuine gasket set) I got the head stripped, so unfortunately can't compare to what came off.

From what I can find, the inlets are the same as 2JZ (which use the same seal for both inlet and exhaust), and they are silver in colour. Can anyone confirm??

I separate exhaust vs intake valve seals by their *inside* color. Those for exhaust valves are black inside.
