1993 LS400 gearbox issues?

Hi,

just tested the voltage (bugger, didn't test the earth) of the wires. The brown had 0, the next was green with 0v, then next is yellow with 1.6/1.7v and the last is the the blue with 5v. That was with the engine running at idle. Should those voltages be different if the engine is actually running? I'm going to go and check the brown is earthing too.

***edit the two wires on the right that had 0v are both earthing. As i understand it there should be 1.7v for the idle circuit and then there should be 5v for the actual throttle position through the potentiometer correct?

its not adjusted right

yellow should be bout 0.6 volts

then climb to about 4v

green should change from 0v at idle to 12v just off idle as u crack tps

but adjust the yellow first
then check u have 0 at green

anyway u could fk around with it for days or weeks
i would take it to someone with a scanner and get live data out of it
or atleast check ecu for fkt capcitors to save u fking round checking everything

The first pic has the "cats piss" at the bottom of it. The second one has what looks like a corroded like base.
