its not adjusted right
yellow should be bout 0.6 volts
then climb to about 4v
green should change from 0v at idle to 12v just off idle as u crack tps
but adjust the yellow first
then check u have 0 at green
anyway u could fk around with it for days or weeks
i would take it to someone with a scanner and get live data out of it
or atleast check ecu for fkt capcitors to save u fking round checking everything
