ra40 suspension

Hi,
I recently bought a 1980 celica off this site. Factory sunroof, 5 speed and in pretty good condition. Looking for lowered springs about 50mm, most people say they only have 30-35 lower. Just going to replace brakes with slotted rotors I think as would really like vented but dont really want to go through engineering route again, done that and found to be alot of stuffing around. Striping car atm for paint however since car has blue interior and is in great condition lookind for colour other than white that will blend ok. Wheels, thinking of 16" Superlites which could allow for bigger better brakes ummmm. At the end of day, car will be for my son when he gets his license so safety paramount.. Any help in regards to paint, brakes or suspension will be greatly appreciated

biggest you can do road legal is 15 inch 15x7 looks ok .plus im selling a set of performance stars ,looks like challengers but with center caps 300mm rotors fit unders these ok .can use ra60 or ma60 supra brakes on the front
