Head gasket help

PLEASE HELP I have a 2T rebuilt motor completely I could not get oil up to rocker assembly dropped sump and checked oil pump all OK then took head off and found gasket was partially blocking journal.I checked head gasket on another block and it did not block the journal does anyone here have any info as to what head gasket I may need did Toyota change at any stage will a RA23 fit any info will be appreciated as this is doing my head in

A ra23 gasket will not fit, completely different engine. As far as i can tell the 2t and 3t share the same head gasket. If it is good on a spare block would have to think it is a problem with your block. You could probably try trimming the head gasket (not really recomended, but what have you got to loose)
