Umm, how did you come to those 2 figures?
7L NA would mean 1400kg, but 1400kg only gives 4.2L FI
5.8L FI would mean 1933kg, but 1933kg would give 9.6L NA
And btw, the NCOP's are not in force in NSW yet.

going off NSW multiplier.
1450kg x 4.82 = 6989
1450kg x 4 = 5800.
I'm pretty sure the GZ supra's are a touch over 1450 fully equipped anyway.
That's manufacturers stock weight though, isnt it? So you can't just go and weigh bridge your car and take the ticket to the RTA... Where do you get this official weight documentation from if this is the case?
GTE23 - Accruing parts - Packed away in the farm container
UZA28 - Accruing parts - Packed away in the farm container
LN65 - Awaiting 1KZT dual transfer 4.88 electric locker transplant
YN65 - Drive car and cabin donor - ok fuckit 1UZ conversion
YN65 - Additional cabin donor - engineered bogan spec
Guys, has anyone seen anything in the NCOPs or elsewhere about aftermarket "racing" pedals? I wanna see some documentation that states they are actually illegal, have heard they are just wanna make sure for myselfCheers.

I don't recall reading it anywhere (but wasn't particularly looking for it), but as far as I know as long as its solidly mounted, and has some form of rubber on the front, its fine.
Best ask the trans dept tech section, or even the inspectors.

does anybody know the rule regarding spare tires in NSW...do u or dont u have to carry one? i was under the impression that you had to carry one no matter what, but ive been told that u dont have to..if u CHOOSE to it must have legal tread on it tho? whats the rule???
some cars don't come with spares (new mini???) as they come with run flats... i know people who got away with not having a spare by carrying an inflation can.... i think this is a question for the engineers/rta.....
AFAIK. If your car came with one, you need to have it.
If it didn't, you probably should.
The same with space savers, you can only use it if the car came with it legally

As far as I could find, 1483kg's is the official curb weight of the GZ Supra, correct me if I'm wrong anyone. That is in Sports Liftback option, which would qualify as the heaviest weight, unless it was available with a larger engine that I'm not aware of. It shades under the 6.0L FI calcuation by the smallest of margins, 5932. I'll freely admit my ignorance and have no idea if a Supra is a mono constructed chassis, or seperate chassis construction. If it is seperate, then it can ALMOST do a 7.0L FI engine.
in this day and age, most cars are monocoque bodied..
Thanks 5000gt, I had a guess that was the case. Honestly, I am still not 100% sure what's the difference between the 2 processes.
monocoque is unibody... meaning the body is made up of one structure with front and rear suspension crossmembers being the only body parts bolting to the main body....
seperate chassis are just that... eg, most cab chassis utes where the body can be removed leaving a rolling chassis (rails, suspension, engine etc)... they don't make many seperate chassis vehicles besides utes anymore.... one that does come to mind is one of the toyota crown variants (uzs131???).
