my money is on BOV getting stuck open and bleeding boost, or failing that wastegate sticking open
ok so my problem is more narrowed down now i have disconnected the front vsv and ran my EBC directly between the wategate and pressure hose set my boost to 14 psi now the problem is im only getting 5 psi 9 pulls out of 10, the one random pull i get it boosts normally check the video link this is EXACTALY what my car is doing also im getting a noticable surge in high rpms but im not sure if there related problemsPlease note i had this problem before i fitted my ebc i thought the front vsv might have been stuffed.but nope its still there

Have a search for a guide I posted quite some time ago in regards to testing and checking the 2jz sequential system
I'd start with the intake air control valve, that's the one near the cam cover on the rear turbo. If It's stuck open then the front turbo trys to blow through the rear turbo
