WTF
How can someone have a head in their possession, intend to use it and not know what motor it fits.
Hey guys had a mechanic come through work and doesnt know what this head is off but needs a headgasket for it? Does anyone recognize this head at all? Cheers

I think its from a forklift. Which is what the mechanic does alot of the time. He knows its a toyota just doesnt know what its off. He took it to toyota and they couldnt find out, saying its over 35yr old. So thought i'd give it a shot here.

is there a number in the casting somewhere? A pic of the manifold and valve sides would work/help as well.
it would be 5r from a 42-3FG20 fork lift truck

hmmm, don't they run "K" engines in forklifts too???
Information is POWER... learn the facts!!
Yep, plenty of the smaller forklifts are K-series...
