You think it is from the front... Check the rear end. My Celsior did this due to a flogged out rear hub as one of the CV nuts had been left loose prior to purchase
I've been driving it around in pimp mode for a few years and it drove normally (if a bit bumpy), when I raised the ride height I get intermittent SEVERE vibration from the front end.
Thoughts?
Thanks in advance.

Vibration when? Low or high speeds? Any play in wheel bearings or steering tie rods?
Castor rod bushes...
they shit them often enough...

It started doing it at about 70km/h I pulled over and checked for play in the wheels but couldn't find any. I tried to limp it home that way but the vibration always came back. It was so violent that it cause the muffler to smack against the car underbody.
So I tried lowering the ride height to it's lowest setting and that fixed the problem.
Have your balanced your tyres?
Castor rod bushes, with the ride height low its loading the castor rod up and when the car is at "normal height" the tension is released on the castor rod and you get the awesome play/vibration that you experiencing

Is this the bush?
those bushes probably aren't the best..
not the castor rod ones though. Castor rod runs from the front lower arm up the front of the chassis. Has a bush on each side as it goes through the chassis.
Get a suspension place to look at it for you see if they are the ones that are shagged, ten get replacement ones. yo can try using MS112/MS123 as these where Aus delivered. Also cut 10mm or so of the crush tube that runs through the bushes. This will allow you to run them a little tighter
