I would be trying to get my money back but after the initial ordeal on DC, I dunno if it's even worth it.

Also, remember what I told you long ago in a PM about having to shorten it by at least "X"mm depending how far the axle reduces in diam. after the spline(if it does). Then you gotta watch out for if the diff tube end flange thing will end up being uncomfortably close to the lower trailing arm mount.
Yes there was a lot of trauma involved with the whole saga (which seems to never end) and the guy has a lot of bad karma coming to him but that's probably not a story for here.
I've sized it up and without having more spline cut I can get the diff down to 1440mm, and with a front track of 1430 now (running coilovers with offset base) im happy with the 10mm difference, I even hope for it so that the car will be more stable on the street. There seems to be enough room to reduce it that amount without interfering with things.
I will have a closer look at the handbrake and see if it resembles that image. The axles seem to have been filled and machined and redrilled.
